1. Reservations
A reservation is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation by SMS or email. Rates quoted are flat-rate for the specific route, direction and vehicle described in the confirmation.
2. Payment
Payment is due at time of service unless a corporate billing account has been set up. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly per agreed terms.
3. Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled without charge up to the lead time specified in your confirmation. Cancellations inside that window may incur a fee equivalent to the driver's dispatch cost.
4. Delays and wait time
Airport arrivals include a standard flight-tracked wait window at no charge. Extended wait beyond that window is billed at a transparent hourly rate quoted in advance.
5. Vehicles
We assign a vehicle in the class you booked. If the specific model is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle in the same class is provided at the same rate.
6. Liability
We carry commercial liability insurance for all trips. We are not liable for missed flights caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (weather closures, airport events, traffic incidents), and we recommend adding buffer time for early-morning and winter travel.
7. Passenger conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for behaviour that puts the operator, passengers or vehicle at risk.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
