Toronto Pearson Airport Pickup Instructions
Exactly what to do when your flight lands at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 — whether you booked curbside or meet-and-greet.
Follow the sequence below
- 1. Check your SMS
Around 15 minutes before landing you receive an SMS with vehicle description, driver name, and the exact pickup zone.
- 2. Head to arrivals
Clear customs, collect any checked luggage, and follow signs to the Arrivals level of your terminal (T1 or T3).
- 3a. Meet-and-greet
If you booked meet-and-greet, your greeter is at the doors between customs and the arrivals hall holding a printed name sign.
- 3b. Curbside pickup
If you booked curbside, walk to the outer curb at your terminal's arrivals level. Your vehicle meets you at the designated stopping zone.
- 4. Delayed?
Don't worry — we track your flight live. Delays within the included grace period do not cost anything extra.
- 5. Need help?
If you can't find your vehicle, call our 24/7 dispatch immediately at the number in your SMS.
